salada de melancia e mirtilos/watermelon, blueberry salad

No que concerne à cozinha, aplico o conhecimento empírico, adoptando o estilo de vida brasileiro, no Verão lusitano: cozinho quando a temperatura o permite.
Caso contrário sai comida crudívora, como esta salada.
Trata-se do upgrade da salada de melancia e feta do Plenty e junta duas frutas da época deliciosas. Experimentem também com amoras e temperem se preferirem.

Ingredientes para 4
4 fatias de melancia gelada, em cubos [sem casca]
200 g de mirtilos frescos
1 pequena cebola roxa, finamente cortada
2 c. sopa de hortelã picada

Divida os ingredientes pelas tigelas de servir e misture.
Sirva de imediato.

With regards to the kitchen itself, I apply the empirical knowledge, adopting the Brazilian life style, during the Portuguese Summer: I can cook as long as the outside temperature hits reasonable numbers. Otherwise, raw food it is, just like this salad. This one is an upgrade version of the salad with watermelon and feta cheese from ‘Plenty’, along with two types of delicious seasonal fruit. You can also give a try with blackberries and season the salad at the end, if you prefer.

serves 4
4 cold watermelon slices, diced [without skin]
200g fresh blueberries
1 small red onion, very finely sliced
2 tbsp mint leaves, chopped

Divide all ingredients among individual bowls and mix together.
Serve immediately.
